FAQs
HOW / WHERE DO I SCHEDULE?
1
What’s the Difference Between Personal Training and Semi-Private Group Training?
2
Personal training is a completely individualized 1:1 experience tailored specifically to your goals, schedule, injuries, and fitness level. Every workout, progression, and coaching cue is designed around you.
Semi-private group training combines the energy and motivation of a small group with the attention and structure of personal training. Coaches still provide hands-on guidance, form correction, and individualized support, but within a team-style training environment. It’s a great option for people who want accountability, community, and high-level coaching at a more accessible price point.
WHAT IS PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING?
3
Train with your people. Bring your own group (up to 5), and we’ll build a fully customized program for you and your crew.
You still get personalized coaching, just in a more collaborative setting, with a better value per person.
All participants will need a MindBody account and sessions must be scheduled directly with your coach.
HOW DOES YOUR PROGRAM WORK?
4
We train specific muscle groups on specific days using state-of-the-art equipment, including squat racks, Keiser machines, barbells, dumbbells, and more.
Each 45-minute session is structured and coach-led:
5-minute dynamic warm-up
5-minute exercise demo
Focused training blocks
Cool down
Our program is built on progressive overload and a rotating periodization cycle designed to continuously improve strength, performance, and physique. Each phase lasts two weeks:
Power (Weeks 1–2):
Heavy weight, lower reps, and compound supersets to build strength and power.
Compound Consistency (Weeks 3–4):
Moderate reps with compound movements, focusing on muscle growth, stability, and balance.
Perseverance (Weeks 5–6):
Higher intensity training using supersets, compound sets, and pyramid-style rep schemes to push endurance and limits.
Each phase builds on the last, keeping your body adapting and progressing without plateauing.

PREPPING & ARRIVALE
6
To keep the environment positive, respectful, and running smoothly, we ask that everyone is mindful of a few simple things: be on time, clean up after yourself, share equipment, and bring a good attitude.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session to check in, get settled, and be ready to start. Stay hydrated throughout your workout, and most importantly, enjoy it.
First Visit
If this is your first time with us, plan to arrive about 10 minutes early. Let your coach know you’re new, and they’ll walk you through the space, explain the workout, and go over any injuries, goals, or modifications.
What to Bring / Know
Water bottle (highly recommended)
Towel if needed
Come dressed and ready to train (we do not have showers or locker rooms)
Workouts can be intense, so if you’re newer to training, we recommend eating about 30 minutes beforehand to make sure you have enough energy.
