WEEK SCHEDULE

  • CHEST/ BACK/ ARMS

    Monday 8:45AM

    A focused upper body session targeting chest, back, and arms. Built to develop strength, balance, and definition through effective push and pull training.

  • GLUTES/ HAMS/ QUADS

    Tuesday 8:45AM & 5PM

    This dynamic session focuses on targeted exercises including compound movements and precise isolation techniques to sculpt your leg muscles, enhance functional strength, and boost overall athleticism.

  • FULL BODY

    Wednesday & Friday 8:45AM | Sunday 8AM

    This high-intensity, full-body session blends strength training, core work, and endurance to deliver a powerful, well-rounded workout that challenges your entire system.

  • SHOULDERS/ ABS/ ARMS

    Thursday 8:45AM & 5PM

    You’ll train shoulders, arms, and core using a mix of strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning work. Expect a balance of controlled lifts, core stability, and cardio elements to build strength and definition.

  • WHEELS OF STEEL

    Saturday 7:30AM - 9AM

    Leg day, done right. We hit it all, glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, and more, with a focus on building strength, power, and mobility.

    Our programming rotates weekly to keep you progressing and challenged, with a mix of heavy strength work, controlled compound lifts, and higher-intensity conditioning.

  • HEAVY HITTERS

    Monday | Wednesday | Friday 5AM

    Heavy Hitters is an advanced-to-intermediate strength class built for those ready to move serious weight and push past their limits. Expect challenging lifts, focused coaching, and a high-energy environment designed to make you stronger, more confident, and more powerful every session.

  • Semi-private training is a small group, coach-led session open to all levels. Each day is programmed around specific muscle groups to keep your training structured and effective.

    Group sizes are intentionally kept smaller so you get more individualized attention, better coaching, and the ability to train harder, lift heavier, and modify as needed. It’s the best of both worlds: the energy of a group with the feel of personal training.

  • Our 45-minute sessions are structured, efficient, and results-driven. Each workout includes:

    • Dynamic warm-up

    • Guided exercise demo

    • Focused training blocks

    • Cool down

    We follow a progressive training system built around rotating phases that develop strength, muscle, and endurance over time. Each phase builds on the last to keep you improving and avoid plateaus.

  • We’re not a big class-style gym, and we’re not chasing trends.

    Our sessions are structured, coach-led, and intentionally designed to get results. Smaller group sizes mean more attention, more accountability, and a higher standard of training. You’re not just working out, you’re being coached.

  • To get started, you’ll need to create an account through the MindBody. If you already use MindBody, you can find us under Perseverance Cherry Creek and book directly from there.

  • Due to our limited schedule, we offer punch card options only (no monthly auto-renewal). Sessions are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

    • 4x Punch Card: $136

    • 8x Punch Card: $240

    • Drop-In (Single Session): $38

  • Sessions must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

    • Late cancellations: $15 fee

    • No-shows: $15 fee + loss of session
