About the Pop-Up
Perseverance is bringing elite strength training to Cherry Creek in this exclusive, limited-time pop-up experience.Designed for those who want to train with purpose, structure, and intensity, this intimate space offers both Private Group Training and 1:1 Personal Training led by expert coaches.
Our programming follows a progressive overload model, cycling through structured phases to build strength, power, and endurance while keeping training dynamic and results-driven. Whether you're looking to lift heavier, move better, or push past plateaus, every session is designed to maximize progress and performance.
This isn’t just another gym—it’s a high-level training experience in an exclusive setting. Spots are limited—train with us while you can.

Our Program
We train specific muscles on specific days, using state of the art equipment: squat racks, Keiser functional machines, barbells, dumbbells and other modalities. The format of the workout is a five minute dynamic warmup to begin, a five minute demo of all the exercises, four quarters of training, including a five minute cool down to end. Total time is 50 minutes.
Progressive overload and periodization:
Our program follows a structured periodization cycle designed to help you continuously progress in strength, performance, and aesthetics. Each phase spans two weeks.
Power (Weeks 1 & 2):
Focus on low reps and heavy weights paired with superset compound movements to build raw strength and power.
Example Workout:Deadlift: 4 sets of 4-6 reps (heavy weight)
Barbell Overhead Press: 4 sets of 4-6 reps (heavy weight)
Compound Consistency (Weeks 3 & 4):
Prioritize muscle growth with superset compound movements while emphasizing stabilizer muscles to enhance overall balance and performance.
Example Workout:Bench Press: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Dumbbell Rows: 4 sets of 8-10 reps per side
Perseverance (Weeks 5 & 6):
Push your limits with compound sets, supersets, and ladder-style workouts. The rep scheme for this phase is structured as a pyramid, gradually increasing and then decreasing the number of reps to challenge both muscular endurance and strength.
Example Workout:Squat (Pyramid Set): 10 reps → 8 reps → 6 reps → 8 reps → 10 reps
Push-Ups (Compound Set): 3 sets of 15-20 reps followed immediately by 10 Dumbbell Chest Flys

Saturday: Booty & AbsEach class is designed to build strength, endurance, and athletic performance, ensuring a balanced training program throughout the week.

Private Group Training & Personal Training Policies
Session Expiration & Purchase Guidelines:
Private Group Training drop-in sessions and packages are active for 30 days after purchase and cannot be extended past their expiration date.
Personal Training packages are active for 60 days after purchase and cannot be extended.
If you are unsure whether you will use all your sessions, please purchase a smaller package or opt for drop-in sessions.
All packages and sessions are non-refundable and cannot be partially refunded.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
If you cannot attend a scheduled Private Group Training class, you must cancel at least 8 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Late cancellations (within 8 hours of class start time) or no-shows will result in a $15 fee.
Personal Training sessions require 8-hour advance cancellation as well. A $40 late fee will apply for late cancellations or absences.
Late fees cannot be refunded.
Pop-Up Location Policy:
Sessions (Private Group & Personal Training) cannot be transferred between our main Downing location and the Cherry Creek Pop-Up.
A new session or package must be purchased to participate at the Pop-Up location.
Emergency Considerations:
We understand that life happens! If you experience an uncontrollable emergency, please contact Haley@mybbp.com for assistance with cancellations.
Note: This policy applies only to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot apply holds or extensions to any packages.
Rescheduling Due to Staff Cancellations:
If a class or personal training session is canceled or rescheduled by a staff member, you will be notified directly via the contact information linked to your MindBody account.
Any session canceled by Perseverance staff will be credited back to your account for rescheduling.

Our Services
Private Group Training – $45 per person
Experience an intimate strength training session with up to six participants, combining personalized coaching with the energy and motivation of a small group.
Personal Training – $200 per session
For those looking for 1:1 coaching, our personal training sessions provide a fully customized program tailored to your specific goals, movement patterns, and performance needs.
InBody Analysis – $25
Get a detailed body composition breakdown in minutes! The InBody scan measures muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat levels, hydration, and metabolism, giving you valuable insights to track progress and optimize your training. A must-have for anyone looking to personalize their fitness journey. Schedule your scan today!
Nutrition Package – $200/Month
Take your fitness to the next level with a customized nutrition plan designed to help you reach your goals. This monthly membership provides everything you need for sustainable results, including:
