I Am The Example T-Shirt became my opportunity for me to take back control over my well being. It’s my ability to reflect, on how honest I’m with myself and to know that in order to continue to evolve into the person I know my self to be. It would start with me becoming my own positive example.

This collaboration with Body by perseverance. Speaks to our belief that the mind and body is part of one’s self-awareness, and one’s ability to push through life’s challenges through hard work and perseverance.
