Client Commandments
Thank God for the wake upššæ
With ever client, I have a service first attitude. Giving more then what they expect! When they walk into BBP, they should expect an experience that is āIInd 2 Noneā. That being said, there is also a few things we expect from our clients!
1. Be Timely: My coach always told me āearly is on time, on time is late, and late if forgottenā. If we have a session that starts at 6am, be there at 5:45 warming up and going through your dynamic warmup, so we can rock and roll at 6am. If you show up late, do not expect your full training session.
2. Hygiene: You donāt have to be freshly showered before a workout, but please put on some deodorant and brush your teeth. Oddly enough this happens quit often, along with funky gym clothes. If wash your ass and wash your clothes, we should be good:)
3. Trust your coach: You hired us to do a service, let us do that service! Do you research on your coach, trust and do every thing they say, or hire a new one! To many chefs in one kitchen, can lead to chaos!
4.Accountability: Out of the 168 hours in a week, Iām probably working with you in the gym maybe 3-4 hours. What are you doing the other 164? Donāt act surprised if your weight or body fat goes up, if your not doing your part out of the gym.
Blessings,
