Cabin Fever

Thank god for the wake up . Man, global warming is real!

Here in Colorado we are experiencing a record 3 day low and the snowiest October to date! My kids have lost their dam minds from being stuck in the house for 4 days straight, my wife has cleaned and folded every piece of clothing possible, and I have completely reorganized my office. However, in every storm, there is a blessing! I got time to spend and reconnect with my loved ones! During this time, I was able to come up with some unique body weight exercises, that you can do at home with a towel or furniture movers if you don’t have wood floors!

The warm-up:

Shovel snow for 30 minutes! Grab a shovel and clean your neighbors driveway first, then yours! First of all, its good to give, second of all we need a good warm-up.

Workout 1:

Push ups

Shoulder press (use a exercise band or a gallon of milk)

Jump squats

Ab Crunch

Workout 2:

Lying leg curls

Slide chest fly

Frog squats

Towel wheel for abs

Workout 3:

X-factor 3

Do the following exercise in a TABATA format, 20 sec of work 10 sec of rest. For 8 rounds!
