Here at BBP, we use a variety of training methods. Two of the most popular training principles are Supersets and Compound sets. Both of these methods can be used with large muscle groups, such as your chest, back, and legs or secondary muscle groups like your arms, abs, and calves. These methods are done back to back without rest, those giving you a conditioning effect and complete fatigue of the muscle. Remember its always technique over ability, start first with lighter weight until you can maintain proper form with heavier weight.
